I'm doing it! Seven weeks after having Little Miss I'm very keen to loose that baby weight (+ a lot more!) and keep it off for good.
I've joined up to Michelle Bridges 12WBT. I've only heard fantastic reviews and I'm motivated and ready to improve my life one week at a time.
Mr Sunshine is following the same weekly food plan and he is also exercising along with me everyday- fantastic support!
One of the hardest things for me (and many Mums I imagine) is allocating time to exercise. I have between 12.30pm-2pm everyday to exercise as all three girls sleep/nap during that time. If for some reason I can't make time to exercise then, then I have after 7.30pm when all three girls are settled for the night.
And cost? At the end of the 12 weeks this program will have cost me $220.
I have also spent:
* $20 on weights so I can exercise in my own home (optional)
* $25 on a Michelle Bridges workout DVD (optional)
I'm pumped!
